Hi, I’m Yousaf Sufian, a 15-year-old entrepreneur from Manchester with a deep passion for design and business. In November 2023, I founded my own graphic design agency, and by May 2024, I successfully registered it as a limited company. What started as a creative outlet quickly grew into a thriving business—proof that age doesn’t define capability.
Alongside running my agency, I launched Young Hustlers’ Blueprint—a newsletter dedicated to empowering young people with knowledge and insight about business, design, and the often-overlooked limitations of traditional education. My goal is to inspire and inform the next generation of creators and entrepreneurs.
Much of my drive comes from firsthand experience and lessons learned from my biggest mentor—my dad. As a successful businessman in the textiles industry, he taught me that real success isn’t about chasing money. It’s about finding what you love, dedicating yourself to it, and staying consistent. His words—“Chase your dreams and passion, and the money will come”—have become a guiding principle in my journey.
